I've taken GHB for weeks at a time for depression and horrible anxiety. It works like a charm for both. It has a instant set-on (about 10 minutes) but unfortunately it also has a very short half-life of about one hour. The other bad side is how dramatically a small dose increase can cause such side-effects as heavy sedation/REM sleep induction and even vomiting. So, yes it dose work wonders for depression and anxiety (nothing works as good if you ask me) but if you decide to use it start off with a smaller than suggested does and go up very slowly till you reach desired effects. Don't worry about tolerance because there is only one "always-works" dose.
