Hi,
I had it and it helped but I also got a weird bad feeling from it. I thought if I did it again I woukd try the high dose unilaterals instead of bilaterals so maybe I wouldn't get the bad feeling. I also didn't get any follow-ups so I relapsed pretty fast.
Regarding, the anesthesias you should ask for the non-barbituate anesthesia propofol. It is MUCH easier to wake up from and doesn't effect the efficacy of the treatments although some doctors would argue otherwise. They've done studies though that show it doesn't matter if you use propofol. Check PUBMED/MEDLINE.
