I'm on 40mg of Parnate, having a terrible time falling asleep. I've tried cloral, klonapin, restoril, risperdone, all to no avail, even at high doses. Someone said Benedryl helps them. Can anyone confirm this, or offer something else which could help me sleep?I really want to stay on the Parnate, and will, but this is intolerable. I feel tired the next day around 10amI don't know if it's from lack of sleep or all the sedatives hitting me then. My doc wants to save halcium for a rainy day. Any other suggestions?
