Your lithium level should be .7-.8 for peak effectiveness (so I've been told). Lithium is a mood stabilizer while Zyprexa is not. Zyprexa is an anti-psychotic. You could take the two together. But maybe what you should do is switch to a different mood stabilizer like Depakote, Topamax, Trileptal, or Lamictal. Zyprexa works great for anxiety. It doesn't really cloud your mind either.
