You're on Ritalin, which is rather unlikely to induce psychosis. I read a case of a girl who took 10mg of Adderall and had psychosis for a few days. Amphetamine psychosis is extremely rare in therapeutic dosing.

Amphetamine psychosis generally occurs when the user is abusing the drug at recreational doses, typically at hundreds of miligrams. This is compounded by the lack of sleep that is typical in those who abuse amphetamines, which may occur for several days. As sleep deprivation itself can induce psychosis, amphetamine psychosis is likely to include a combination of sleep deprivation-induced psychosis and amphetamine-induced psychosis.
