Hey Barbara...I am new to this web site (as a poster..have used it for 2 years as a "learning tool")... I have found that starting a new drug (emotional or sleepling related) or, especially stopping a drug, causes vivid dreaming for me. Increase or decrease in dosage also causes vivid dreams. Time to adjust has always solved this problem for me. ivory lover
