Thanks Ron, that is the one I wanted to look at. I am having great success with MG citrate. I started last Friday with 200 mg and didn't expect much. I awoke tired on Saturday, but no anxiety and just relaxed. Worked out planting trees and thought I would be in for hell, but took 200 MG that night and woke up fine. I upped it to 400 mg for the last 3 days and last night went to a yoga class. I woke up the best in many many months. I just cannot believe the magnesium is working so well. It has calmed my irritability and I think before snapping, lowered anxiety thus lowering my depressive symptoms. I am shocked to say the least. I have tried SAM-E and that green tea stuff L=Thiennain(sp???) and all caused irritability. My thinking is more clear too. I am in shock right now. Because I have become so skeptical about supplments. But, I have tried so many herb like substances not nutritional types so much, except soy lecthin, which was very bad on sleep. I am actually more motivated and just don't float through the day. I am not a big placebo person and it seems like my sleep is deeper. I took 200 mg after lunch yesterday and for an hour as yawning like crazy. I pray this holds out. take care and thanks again.
