Effexor xr and jaw clenching

I started taking effexor xr in Nov. 2002 and other than vivid dreams and loss of appetite the most distressing side effect that I have suffered is clenching my teeth day and night. My jaws ache from this and it's not doing my teeth any good either I am sure. Anyone else had this problem? I am very sensitive to medication so I am only on 75mg dosage.
