I went up to 80 mgs of Paxil and had several side effects I didn't like. Weight gain, sex disfunction and higher cholesterol and blood pressure. Have backed down on the Paxil to 20 mgs plus Buspar and trazadone for sleeping. I am skeptical of Paxil, but the doc keeps pushing it.
