Paxil and cholesterol and blood pressure

I went up to 80 mgs of Paxil and my cholesterol and blood pressure went up even though I am on high dose of Zocor and Toporol. Before Paxil, the heart meds were very effective. Any experience here? My cardio doc did't think the Paxil should do this, but that's the only thing that has really changed. I recently lowered the Paxil to see what happens and added Buspar and Trazadone.
