Warning! I got to skim a few dozen pages while in the store and it looked well-written so I bought it. I was extremely depressed when I started it, and before I got very far into the book, (and I was also jumping around other chapters,) I was feeling worse. So I had to quit reading it until maybe some time in the future when I'm not depressed.
