Tabitha!! Do I know you?? I NEVER do this, but I live in Southern California too. What a small world:-) Also, what is and where can I get a light box?

I live in sunny So Cal and still get seasonal symptoms. There may be more sun at southern latitudes, but you still have that big change in the length of the days. Increasing dosage is a good idea. Did you also consider trying a light box?
