Disassocating??????? :-(

*staring off into space* What is going on? Lately I have been just all of the sudden stopping-focusing-and staring-no thoughts, no dizziness-no mood swings. It's like a sleepy feeling-but I'm not sleepy at the time this happens.
Why Anyone know? or have a clue?
