Are you working with a good talk therapist that you trust and like?
Keep in mind that traditionally, the spring is when suicides are at a higher incidence. Most people the winter, dark months -- not the time of year when the days grow longer and lighter -- are when most people attempt suicide. The speculation is that the increased light activates various biological functions, and thusly people become more agitated.
So try to keep in mind that your feelings may be in a riot right now, and there's a biologicla reason for this. Perhaps by becoming more aware of this propensity, you can cognitively be in a better position to control your impulses and reach out for needed help, as you are here.
But you need to reach out to someone in real life -- a good therapist -- who can help you through this difficult time.
Just think! Soon, summer will be here, with hot, muggy days. And a glass of lemonade will do wonders. :)
