Hi mopey,

I was taking about a tablespoon of Carlson's liquid fish oil. This should provide about 1200 mg of EPA. Maybe too much?

> How much were you taking? I'm about to start trying it, so would be interested. I tend to be very sensitive to meds, so wonder if I should be cautious with this too...
