i reply to writers q?,anxiety is pretty much alot of times not once in ablue moon , and anxiety to me (everyones different) but anxiety to me is antsy feeling very nervous and i get hot flashes and cringes like goose bumops but scary goose bumps feeling and i cant concentrate on anything but the fear im in a zone and frozen with fear if its real bad,its hard to explain anzxiety but its always over a stressfull situation before or during or if its realy bad its even after ,hope I answered your q?
