According to Table 3.7 on Preskorn's site, at its minimum effective dose, Celexa inhibits the serotonin reuptake transporter the least potently compared to the other SSRI's. I find that to be extremely interesting; one might expect the minimum effective dose of each SSRI to exhibit a similar effect. So the percentage of serotonin transporters inhibited does not correlate with the minimum effective dosage for these drugs. I wonder how many people stick with the minimum dosage of Celexa...
