Thigh is suddenly numb - Similar experiences?

I know, I know, this isn't a medical board, but so many of you have had similar experiences... I take Lexapro, clonazepam when needed, and am on HRT. Sat. night all of the sudden, an area on my left thigh just went numb. And it still is. It's weird. I've recently had my blood checked for diabetes and thyroid. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any ideas? Thanks.
