What would 12.5 mg Anafranil feel like?

25 mg significantly made my derealization feeling (scary unreal feeling) and phobic anxiety worse. this was after just ONE DOSE. BUT I WAS OFF ZOLOFT 3 DAYS (I THINK) PRIOR.
what sort of result from 12.5 mg would you expect.
any opinions welcome
