Hi you asked, "So you have 30 pounds of water retention or weight gain?"
Hi, I'm not feeling very good tonight but wanted to answer this. I am about a good 70 Lbs overweight. Part of that is water-the rest FAT Yuk! I know what to do to lose weight but I'm not doing it-I'll take action someday I hope. Thanks for your reply,
Kristen

Thought I would answer you in a seperate post, just in case you didn't see the other one. In regards to the water retention. I just went back on Remeron and got 8 pounds of water retention in 3 days. Very frustrating! Pdoc and I thought the Remeron was causing weight gain, but now it turns out it is water weight. I saw my regular doctor today and he gave me a prescription diuretic. We sais the water retention isn't dangerous, but I don't know, I am just not comfortable with it. And none of my regular clothes fit anymore. I look like I am constantly bloated and on my period. Doesn't do much for my self esteem if you know what I mean, lol! So you have 30 pounds of water retention or weight gain? I have 30 pounds of weight gain AND 8 pounds of water! Yuck!
