I haven't tried the all natural lithium product. I also had side effects from lithium carbonate (Lithobid). Some were really annoying and didn't go away for a couple of months. But mos† did go away, except for alot of thirst alot of urinating, and fatigue. But I can't take Depakote or Tegretol so I really needed to make the lithium work.

To tell you the truth, I am very skeptical of "natural" lithium. A lithium atom, or ion, is a lithium atom, or ion. Carbonate ions are already present in you blood and cells and are also all identical, no matter where they supposedly come from. Of course the drug companies always use a little artifical color, and a little bit of some filler, but I doubt this would bother anyone, unless they were allergic to it.

I'm sure its the lithium ions themselves that cause the side effects. And if you take those out, you are no† †aking litihium.

On the other hand, if one believes that something is natural, and that natural is better, then it might feel better in terms of side effects.
