wellbutrin300all at once?

hi,
i was taking wellbutrin 2ice a day(150each)
40mg celexa in the am
seroquel in the pm.


now pdoc wants me to take 300wellbutrin in the am
topamax in the evening
seroquel in the pm.

300w seems not quite right?
