Best option for social anxiety (SSRIS or MAOIS)

Hi guys
Why all doctors give you ssris instead of MAOIS to treat social anxiety ? Ive have heard that MAOIS are better , arent they?

Is there anyone that has beaten Social Phobia
with an SSRI?
