Zoloft and diarreah: does it get better?

I just started Zoloft for the second time. Even though I'm starting at only 12.5 milligrams, I got the aforementioned unpleasant side effect right away. Is there any hope that I will get over this on the way to 100 mg? I.e., is this side-effect transient? I really want Zoloft to work.
