...because I was fooled in exactly the same way.
I was pretty ticked when I read the fine print about 92mg elemental postassium.
Then later I came across that reference in "The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine" (look, Dr. Bob, I'm using the double double quotes feature!) and it explained about the 99mg limit on OTC tablets and the salt substitue loophole.
