Hi,
I have been on Lexapro for aprox. 2 months now.
It has been a very good med in my opinion.
My worst problem has been anxiety and panic and I feel much better. It takes some time and I've seen the most improvement at 20mgs a day compared to the 10mgs I was intially on.
No weight gain actually I lost weight.
So time will tell.
