This is probably not exactly what you had in mind, & probably doesn't have everything that you mentioned... Nonetheless I think you'll like it.
I stumbled across it probably at least a year ago, & kept the bookmark.
I've found it to be pretty interesting... it seems very practical & relatively user-friendly - And free.
