Hi Laura. I tried both ways. For me it is a bit smoother spreading it out...also I find that absorbtion varies sublingualy (sp?) depending on how dry your mouth is. I think possibly the reason I originally spread the dose was because I read that they did it that way in the Harvard study? I'm sure either is fine.
