Anger is improving.

Posted by linkadge on February 20, 2003, at 18:45:50

I've been having a hard time adjusting to the
new meds I'm on. I'm in school and the manic
high I was on set me back a few weeks in my work.
It's hard because you know you need to catch up
but you know you need to stop to get your brain
under controll.

My mind was racing so fast I could't do one thing
at a time. I would get two minautes into one
question then leave that to do another. If I
closed my eyelids, my eyes would be moving back
and forth so quickly.

The lithium helps, (I stopped it for one day
and you remember what the problems were)
I dropped the Celexa, and the anger seems
to only come for a few hours in afternoon.
I do think it was the celexa withdrawl, as it
is improving. I am taking a high dose fish oil
which does help with the mood.

I hate to drop the celexa, it's been my friend for the last year and a half, but when you're
manic (running - not jogging for hours) you
have to do it.

I still have afternoon lows, but they're not
too bad, and improving.
