> Um...I think it means little. I'm assuming you never had Parnate before. A good predictor of response is usually when the drug makes you symptoms worse to begin with. For example, if a drug makes you have more OCD in early stages then their is a preety good chance your on a winner. But, honestly, I wouldn't worry about Parnate. The MAOIs work with almost everyone who give them a fair trial -- but this might mean weeks. I've heard of some amazing responses to Parnate. Hang in there and let us all know how you go. Whatever you do, GIVE THE DRUG A LONG TRIAL.
