What you have described isn't tardive dyskinesia. Tardive dyskinesia involves continous movement of a part of the body. Early signs are repitive tongue movements. Basically tardive dyskinesia involves continous movement of upper parts of the body. Or at least this is how I understand tardive dyskinesia.
