Yes, there's times that I can take Dexedrine & feel so tired. Taking more might help but I don't wish to push the amount upwards of what I take. I chalk it up to my varying levels of energy. I've always been somewhat uneven in how lively or perky I feel from day to day. I think it's normal for many people to feel like this. I do have friends who feel the same, day after day, with little variation but I think they're in the minority.
On the days I feel particularily tired, I do what's needed & no more. I know the next day or so, I'll be feeling back to normal. On the tired days, I could take Dex & head off to sleep for a few hours. It all depends on how I'd feel that day.
