Anafranil and REM sleep.

As we know Anafranil causes one to go into stage 1 sleep extremely quickly.

It also blocks REM sleep (like every other AD)

Can you remember your experience with sleep and Anafranil.

When I took it a while back it throw me into sleep straight away. Then I would awake suddenly at about 4 am. I assume this phenomenon would pass?
