Um, why don't you just start taking 10mg again? Just because your doctor wrote a note to the pharmacist doesn't mean he expects you to abide to the exact dose.

It's ADD med, not heart medicine! =)

relax and go back to 10mg. Use a pill cutter for the 20mg and split them.
