Patient. Patient. Took 6 weeks for me -- 4 of those weeks at 60mg. Regardless, each dose takes time to kick in. If you've been on 60mg for 12 weeks, changing to 90mg will take time i.e. the therapeutic effects of 90mg might take 4/5/6 weeks regardless of the time spent on a smaller dose.
