Sure, you can augment SJW with just about anything. Be aware though that any time two serotonergic meds are combined that care must be taken by starting low and slow to avoid any risk of serotonin syndrome. Start low and go slow and you should have no problem.

Two things that could go real well with SJW are SAMe and/or Rhodiola Rosea. I've tried them all. Of them all, I personally find Rhodiola Rosea (4% Rosavin minimum content) much more effective than any of the others.

One med that definitely needs to be avoided with SJW is Paxil. Do not combine these. There have been clinical reports of bad reactions when these are mixed, and I can verify that from my own experience. Just about anything else is fine, but stay away from Paxil.
