Is seroquel REALLY weight neutral?

I need to get off risperdal because I gained 60 pounds. Am trying geodon but it seems to be making me worse not better. Next step will be trying seroquel which my pdoc assures me is weight neutral but is it? I can't afford to gain any more weight.
