Yes, it has helped lessen my depression.
I take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Carlson Fish Oil per day, with a meal. It is lemon flavored, no fishy taste and no fishy burps. Each teaspoon contains 800 mg of EPA, so I am taking between 1-1.6 g each day.It states that it is regularly and carefully monitored for metals and other contaminants, by the company and by a norwegian govt. agency.
