help-still twisted!

ive been on wellbutrin(300)celexa(20)seoquel(75)
for 3 months now.
i feel no different!
i still am deeply depressed,with horrible thoughts,and disassociating a great deal from everything real.
i feel very trapped and need advice .
why wont these meds work!
ive tried paxil-trazodone-effexor
i feel like i failed at getting better!
