YES! I have the lump in my throat. I also got the hiccups the first few days, which I believe is related. I can't find a comfortable position for my neck to be in as to not get the lump feeling.
As far as sweating- Effexor had me sweating from every pore-especially brow. Lex has just my pits with 2 big pools. It sucks! I actually went clothes shopping yesterday and chose the colors of tops based on which would be less-likely to show wetness. Isn't that terrible? I hope it is worth it.
