How severe is your OCD? Is it atypical (ie bizarre obsessive thought hard to articulate with cognitive compulsions) or more 'normal' (washing, dirt. locking doors etc.)?

I would try Nardil first-line. I don't believe Parnate affects GABA, as Nardil does.
