rTMS - Where is it available? Any opinions?

Hi.
I live in New Jersey.
Does anyone know locations where rTMS is available? (transcranial magnetic stimulation)
If anyone has had success with this treatment, can you please describe your disorder and treatment history?
Input from anyone - good or bad?
