Do you still have some of the 10mg tablets you could cut in half? I know it sounds like a pain, but you could either take half a 10 and half a 20, to get fifteen, or a 10 and half a 10, to get fifteen. If you are out of 10's and explain this to the pharmacist (who should have seen the instructions on the script for 15mg, then up to 20mg), s/he should have no problem giving you some 10's and some 20's so you can cut them and do as you were instructed, as long as the total dosage stays the same. If the pharmacist is hesitant, I'm sure they would do it if your doctor called them and specified to give you some 10's so you can titrate properly.

I've been taking 10 mg and she has advised me to go up to 15 mg for a week or so and then to 20 mg. My prescription is 20 mg tablets. In order to take 15 mg, I'd have to cut them in half and then cut the halves in half again. What a pain. Do you think I could just go straight from 10 mg to 20 mg without suffering dramatic side effects? Anyone gone from 10 mg to 20 mg directly?
