The stuff that is up in the air now is adding a little verapamil to see if that will in fact be helpful. I am primarily interested now though, to see if I can swap Effexor with sibutramine and get as good of an antianxiety response with improvements in ADHD symptoms. I tend to hypertension with these meds though, and that's where the verapamil might come in (after the sibutramine), possibly...
