That is a tough one to answer, I didn't actually notice any weight gain until I started to over eat on carbs. I had a major craving for sweet foods (waffles w/ syrup, pb & j's, chocolate, milk, etc.) I found myself sometimes eating 8 waffles doused in syrup with lots of milk in a matter of a half hour. After gaining about 10 pounds (which happened quickly) I started lifting weights and cutting back my calorie intake to 2200. This helped my get back into shape although I was skinny before Nardil so 10 pounds put me at an average weight for my height.
I would suggest if you notice yourself starting to over eat to try your hardest to cut back. I allow myself 1 day a week to eat however much of something I want. Also if your not already try to exercise, the Nardil should give you an energy boost.
