Barb, has your pdoc got some kind of plan to place you on a different antimanic? You might consider "idling" along on maybe just 300mg of lithium until you can get your meds changed. Geez, I could skip a nighttime dose of lithium in the past and my thoughts were just like a pinball machine the next morning-couldn't focus on diddly. Be careful.
