The Hat Feeling ruminating thoughts

Posted by Dee C on January 13, 2003, at 13:46:09

I'm new to this site. Anyway, I was diagnosis with severe depression/anxiety over 15 years ago. Previously was on Sinequan for about 3 years. Couldn't stand the side effects (dry mouth and nightmares), so I quit. Found another p-doc. I've Been on Zoloft (200mg) for about 8 years now. Ever since, whenever I'm under stress or about to have a panic attack, etc., I get the feeling over the front left side of my head. The only way I can describe it . . . like wearing a hat (or brush stroke) on my head. Had an MRI - couldn't find anything (did I mentioned the MRI was looking for signs of MS). The Zoloft has been pretty good, esp. for the depression but it's a definite labido killer. Just to end, whenever I feel depress/anxiety/ruminating thoughts, the feeling comes back. My question: Anyone out there with similar symptons???? Thanks
