looking for others to chat with

I am a 33 yr old male in ny. I suffer from bi-polar disorder and panic dis w/ agoraphobia. B/c im pretty much "stuck" at home I am looking for others in similar situations to chat with on board, aim, or yahoo---pehaps icq, too if I can ever fiure it out...
