Well, watch out for over-metabolization/potentiating the Adderall, but a urinary alkinizer is likely all you need.
Of course, H. Pylori is always suspect in stomach problems, but who knows. If you're worried, you could always just get a simply blood test for it.
Try a teaspoon of baking soda, mixed in 4 oz of water. 10-20 minutes for effect. Then take the Adderall, both on an empty stomach. If this doesn't work, 2 teaspoons is guaranteed to work, trust me. Watch out for sodium intake during the day, and try to see if calcium carbonate products like Maalox would instead... but baking soda at 2 teaspoons is the guaranteed almost, it's just that sodium intake and medication potentiation (with Adderall and some other meds) is always an issue.
