I think Paxil is the worst, which is generally accepted.

Effexor, Celexa and Zoloft are more likely to produce mild weight loss for the first six months or so...then cause gradual, steady weight gain after that.

Prozac follows the same pattern, but causes the least weight gain, in my experience.
